Questions before you book

Still deciding what matters? Start here, or email info@talentpull.uk.

Does OrderDaily replace marketplaces?

Not necessarily. Marketplaces can support discovery while a direct channel gives returning customers another way to order. The right mix depends on your restaurant.

Can customers choose delivery or collection?

Yes, the ordering journey can present delivery and collection using the service rules configured for your operation.

Who handles the online payment?

OrderDaily connects the ordering journey to Stripe-powered checkout. The commercial and account setup is confirmed during onboarding.

Do we keep customer and order records?

The merchant view includes direct-order and customer records. Use of that information must follow your privacy obligations and customer consent.

Is managed marketing included?

OrderDaily is the technology product. Talentpull managed growth is optional and scoped separately when a restaurant wants hands-on support.

What is available now and what is roadmap?

The capabilities described as platform features are current. Anything labelled Roadmap is directional and does not carry a delivery date.
